Chicken Breast "Saint Maló"
Inspired in the birth place of Captain Lafitte, we created Chicken "Saint Maló," a tender chicken breast, stuffed with shrimp and covered with a delicious red bell pepper sauce. Accompanied with mashed potatoes and Zucchini Provencal.
Tuna "Enchanted Island"
Exquisite Tuna Fillet sealed and covered with sesame seeds and fine herbs, pesto style sauce, accompanied with broccoli, cauliflower and mashed potatoes. A dish that combines this excellent fish of definitive flavors, that complements perfectly with the tasty sauce and harmonizes with the sautéed vegetables and the mashed potatoes.

Under the splendorous backdrop of the Caribbean Sea, Fernanda and Santiago joined their lives on December 10, 2011. The beautiful bride arrived on a catamaran to the altar on the Beach, where family, friends and Santiago awaited with excitement. An excellent banquet prepared by Chef Gaspar Chuc, and a dance on the Beach followed the ceremony. Good luck and best wishes for a long life together to the Newly Weds.
